Communication was great, I had made a typo in the address and promptly got a call to clarifyn. Thee item was delivered at the time that was promised. Item was recieived in great condition. One critique was that the main seat was wrapped in plastic and I had to dismantle the chair to remove it cleanly. Nonetheless, great seller to deal with.
