seller receive payment disappeared. end up didn't get my goods no updates at all!! keep giving excuse and refuse to reply my msg!!

Basically she delayed the order from 7-10 days to 1.5 months then delivered the wrong size to me and did not even help w exchange but expected me to exchange it by myself.she then told me the person who got my shoe sold it so I do not have one of my size.Then she told me I could keep it but she would refund me half promised me she would refund me by mid dec but to no avail. No reply nth.Even deleted all her listings So pathetic.Please review your bio about 100% caring for ur customer. Bullshit.
