bought a pet fountain from him. when I try it at home, we found that it is not working. contacted him and he says no refund. there is no way I can test this item until we clean it up and assembled it. we came back to him about the issue on the 2nd or 3rd day after purchase. After which, no response from him buy at your own risk

It was tested and checked before selling. As you can see from my other reviews, I do not cheat my customers. If a buyer spoils the item or damages it after I have sold it, should I be held liable? Think from a seller point of view.
