Even though stated inform us before coming on listing, but customer claim that she already informed us yesterday which also consider as "Before". timing also never confirm on the day itself and inform us only when customer on the way taking cab over @ 3pm. which we only open at 5pm. For service recovery have to give free delivery to customer which cost me $6 as customer claim she wasted cab fare.
