Great seller to deal with! Item delivered as described Pleasant transaction!
Though the seller is pleasant and responsive, unfortunately the product doesn’t do what I thought it would. The description fell short of being helpful by providing dimensions, but didn’t indicate that it’s non-standard sizing. Factually correct, but unhelpful. And considering there are no refunds, I have a pretty item that isn’t fit for purpose. For positive feedback I recommend providing descriptions that are transparent as well as accurate, and offering a returns policy.
Hi! Appreciate your feedback but we have already indicated the measurements in our description as a guide for customers before their purchase. As such, we do not allow refunds for cases like this unless it is defective items. Thanks
Seller let me pay in two installments to ensure that the product would arrive. Product is well made and has a perfect neutral design and look. Should match with most natural and modern home motifs.
