Hi thnk u for your feedback after you bought it from me more than 10days ago, U shld have reported it immediately so i could have refund it. But since its more than 10days i dont have any idea how you the shoes got damage. In dept store they have 7days return policy for damage good. You checked the condition and even asked for discount before buying it. Since i value my buyers I immediately offered 300pesos for repair and you accepted it via gcash. So I hope this is a close issue. Thanks.
