Such a kind lady whom I had a pleasure of buying four picture frames from - which were in good condition too. Will be using the frames for a couple of fun posters at my education centre for all my kiddos to enjoy. There was a confusion over the meeting time and she was waiting for me with the frames but was still so understanding about it (sorry, once again!)
