I didn’t sell anything to her hence she left me a negative feedback saying that I didn’t reply her on time. Already told her that I’m on Raya holiday. It’s up for me when I should or shouldn’t reply her anyway. Or decide to whether I should sell my items to her. Please don’t sell anything to her. She cannot wait for any late reply. People are not robot to reply u on a Raya holiday. Please be considerate.
Can’t take a constructive feedback? Don’t be defensive when you failed to managed your customer expectation first hand. It would be way better if you notify your customer that do expect slow reply due to raya holiday and backlogs however you would get back to me within a week. I never left fb telling ppl not to buy from you, just saying you need to improve on responsiveness and this is what you gave me. Jgn potong rezeki org lain!
