Amazing chat
A very pleasant, sincere buyer. Paid promptly. Very good communication throughout. Will definitely sell to her again. She arranged for Lalamove to pick up and communicated with the company and me when the mover was late and sorted out the hiccup with the company. Her husband even came to help the mover carry the freezer. Made it much smoother for me than previous pickups with Lalamove.

1 star just for missing ur msg 1hr aft the deal on whether u left sth in the bag and expect a quick response when u're not responsive urself? and NO, nth else is in the bag! shouldn't u be responsible to check ur own items instead of rating others poorly? I don't think it's hard to ask again. i went to ur location for pick up, u're late and yet still strolling but i gave u 4star even after you made me late for my appt. seriously, no words can describe my annoyance with ur tardiness and review.
