Went to repair the battery of my PS5 controller and they didn’t just replace the battery but also fixed the joystick which was amazing cause I didn’t know it had to be fixed. That means that they know their stuff extremely well. They also offered a cheap price to fix it which is way cheaper than buying a new controller!
