Hii, i already asked for proof of the faulty laptop and even offer check and repair at technician but buyer still insist to use it and didnt provide any further information of the laptop and didnt send to technician for further check as in our instruction. Since the laptop is still under our warranty so the checking and repair cost is totally covered by our side, but instead buyer not following instructions but keep using it while blaming us, even without any photo or video of the issue as proof

This is the first time I decided to buy secondhand expensive stuff(I'm scared) from the internet and this guy DID NOT DISAPPOINT. very trustworthy,honest and worth it dealing with the dude IMHO.
