good workmanship n workers but suggest contractor to 1)inform owner to print renovation permit notice to paste as luckily I did as I know my neighbors will sure complaint of hacking noise 2)give some estimate arrival time of worker or family member need wait at home u will go buy own tiles as price exclude this which is v easy other then that I m a happy customer referred to my neighbourhood fb
