I ordered the item on 26/7 . Made and immediate payment via paynow and opted for registered mail. But I received my item on 1/9 only! Communication was poor as seller had some personal issues but Glad that she rectified it.

Response to previous review given: Seller updated me after a while to tell me her helper had made a mistake and the parcel was never mailed out. She was very apologetic, understanding, and took quick action to rectify the matter. I have received my item in perfect condition, and am thankful for her honesty and responsibility. Thank you!!

Never received my parcel despite multiple orders on the same day made with different sellers, of which all have been delivered smoothly. Seller was very responsive when making the deal but not responsive after payment and when I enquired about the missing parcel. I understand that these things happen but she has not been the most helpful. Will probably not deal again in the future.
