I still didn’t receive my money back

Don’t buy anything from this woman . I bought her clothes as she said free shipping and paid her $52 but her clothes that sent to me yesterday were overweight which I have to pay more $13 to get it and I wasn’t home so my dad x refused to pay . When I message her , she said she will refund me in 2 weeks but turned to 2 months now . I still didn’t receive my money back . So be careful. I’m going to report to the police too as I got all the evidences .
