Promised to ship in 1 week, got the item shipped after 2 weeks with no apology. Received an Apple cable as broken and seller is accusing me of breaking the cable unless I have a video to prove myself opening the package and taking a broken cable out. Very bizarre and unlucky of me.

FYI, the cable is totally fine before I send it through SF express. Photo taken as proof as well.
