I’m quite saddened by the tone and accusations in your message. You asked if the Bvlgari perfume was authentic, and I said yes, it was purchased directly from TRX Bvlgari. If it didn’t meet your expectations, that doesn’t mean it’s not authentic. Regarding delivery, your parcel was shipped within a week and not 3 weeks later. Please review terms before purchasing as shop descr. states no refund.

Follow-up review

What saddens me most isn’t the disagreement, but the tone, it felt unnecessarily harsh. Buyers have the right to raise concerns, but it can be done with kindness. You asked for honesty and care, I always try to give that but people expect to try harder then. This is my first experience with such a review, and I hope others can see my side too.
