Seller is very friendly and helpful indeed, but too bad this is quite a disappointed deal. With the minor scratches all over 1 bottle, glue stain which is not able to remove on 3 bottles and loosen caps for 2 bottles. The items are not the same from boutique and I feel the scents gone in 1 hour (personally feel)Seller willing to compensate 1 new bottle but I don’t really comfortable to take that.

Parallel imports rejected goods sometimes do have minor scratches. Which is not obvious. The scratch on the bottle looks like you dropped it. You wanted something light and woody. The scent is there and you mention that there is not issues with the scent initially. it's impossible to have glue stains. For loosen caps I do not have anyone that have this experience. We have done our part to offer another bottle to you. And that's the best we can do for you.

Having tried many different fragrance before I realised I haven’t really found the one as I am pretty picky in terms of smell.
