Phone physically was fine. As mentioned in photo. However battery claimed to be at 74% capacity. However within an hour it went from 100% to 28% and i was only using it half the time. Now have to service for battery replacement. Another $70 cost incurred. Shouldve been more specific when stating in the listing about the battery
Sorry for the trouble caused, but the battery capacity is pictured in the listing, you also checked on the device to be 74%. Just mention that if you install software and update system, the battery drops very fast even for new iphone 11. Maybe you should have software installed and use it at least one day, then decide whether the battery need service. Thank you.
