They came down almost immediately and got the job done quickly. Everything was prepared in their vehicle, so there was no delay looking for tools or parts. Quote was given over the phone based on my description and the final price was almost the same. Only extra work needed was enlarging the hole slightly for the new tap. Friendly, efficient and reasonably priced.

Generally pleasant with the service and responses, paid for few different services over two days and price is reasonable. Now there’s some after sales issues, hopefully can resolve.

I engaged Mr Tajul to install shower fittings, sink taps and to also change all the bottle traps for me. The taps I bought did not fit my existing fixtures, but Mr Tajul was able to convert and change my existing fixtures so that my new taps could be used. After changing everything, he turned on the water supply and checked every single seam to ensure no water leakage. Very professional!
