When Im Already At The Place He Wanted To Meet Me At. He Kept Decreasing The Price Saying That He Hasn't Got Enough Cash Of $54 So He Asked For $50 I Said Ok. When I Reached I Called Him. He Said He Needed 10 Minutes More To Change 200 Ringgit For SGD. So I Told Him The Currency Is Now 3/1 . I Told Him In That Case 200 Ringgit Is Enuf.
