Thank you Carousell team for opening the feedback channel for me. It has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with the seller. Items were indicated as authentic with slight defects but that wasn't the case. The items were clearly NOT authentic and of terrible quality. After calling them out on it, a refund was promised on the 31 of Dec but from then till now, there has been NO reply and I had absolutely no choice but turn to the Carousell team to seek a resolution.
