Seller misadvertised the item and sold it as an Inspire 2 despite the product being an Inspire 1. The fitbit initially did not connect to the app and I had to ask Fitbit's customer service to troubleshoot it. we confirmed through model and visual that the product was an Inspire 1 that's why it wasn't connecting to the app. Seller refused to refund despite misadvertising it as an Inspire 2.

Why did you not show the rest of our conversation? Pls dont make me the wrong one here by not showing our conversation and just choosing what's convenient for you. I have never scammed anyone here on carousell and you know there's a no return or exchange policy. To clarify, it was sold to me as fitbit inspire 2 and I have used it on my iphone and android as inspire 2. Thank youu.
