Really poor form, seller backed out AFTER payment was made. Chased me hard to make payment initially, then went silent for many days despite my follow up. Eventually said delay cause ran out of mailing, delay 2 weeks later say got better offer and ran off. Absolutely poor form, wouldn’t recommend any one to deal with, and personally would never deal with again.
