Buyer requested a full refund after receiving a lightly used item due to a very small flaw that was barely visible. I immediately agreed to a full refund upon return of the item, but the buyer did not return it and instead expected a refund while keeping the item. Please deal with caution if you are selling pre-loved item as this buyer appears to expect brand new condition item for used item.

Terrible experience. Bought 4 pcs of uniform- indicated as lightly used, each piece is $3 (original price is $10) . Total $12. Covered mailing fees with tracking for her at $5. 4 pieces for only $7 out of goodwill, and still can ask for refund. If you are so particular about it, please do meet up next time and check the items yourself. These are secondhand pieces & elastic band is perfectly well
