- one of the wood for the base is broken in ½. - video guides for installation does not show a complete installation from the start. Have to figure out where those pieces are supposed to be. - some of the pieces do not have pre-drilled holes. - negative remarks is for the product.Seller have to be responsible before selling to make sure that items are in suitable condition before putting up for sale. Seller have to take initiative to at least have a mock-up set up to know what are the issues.
