seller was friendly but was not willing to refund after i found out the clutch was defective and not what she described. i had specifically asked that she checked and she claimed it was not flaking. the item was flaking and had stains i deem it unfit for use. i do not think it is unreasonable to expect an item in good condition given that she said it was in good condition and had no defects. if i had known $11 meant flaking and stains, i might have reconsidered. all i want is a refund.
