Dear buyer, you did not view the shoes in person to know the condition. The reason for my poor feedback of you as a buyer is you offered and then cancelled, without seeing additional photos or the actual item. Keep in mind these were designer shoes offered at >75% discount. All other buyers were very happy with the condition and purchase. Best of luck!
