I bought the item feb 9 and today feb 11 it has issue with pre heating, it keeps on vibrating and that’s just it. She asking me to troubleshoot and I did before contacting her, Unfortunately, the issue persisted. She said her terea is working and mine is not (Kasi ibang bala na po yaan) I don’t think so, kasi terea din gamit ko. im very disappointed. And she said I might mishandled the device. Lol

Hello :) its been 2 days since nasold ko po sainyo yung item. What would i expect po syempre diko na hawak hehe, and nung nasubukan nyo naman po after mapadala sa grab is working and okay yung iqos— i didnt say na porke ibang terea hindi gagana, ang minemean ko is yung pinadala ko is natry nyo and working sya. Sinabi ko din na hindi sa sinisisi ko kayo na baka nasira nyo, pero wala pong device na maeexpect na masira yaan in 2 days plus youre buying 2nd hand po hindi brand new so no warranty :)
