Listed a product that was a company gift with missing information about plug. Upon receipt, I realised that I needed to buy an additional adaptor plug. She then offered for me to return it. I gave her 2 options - I either return it or she recompense me for the adapter plug for the principle of it. She refused both options and went back on the return offer. Untrustworthy seller.
