Buyer made an offer which i accepted and then later backed out claiming that the delivery she found was too ex. Listing states its for pickup. Carousell says that once the offer is accepted, it is a binding deal. Don't think the buyer understood this concept. I believe it's fair that I sent 2 messages after the acceptance and to remind buyer that backing out will result in a negative feedback. Instead the buyer left me a negative feedback 1st. Start a conversation, don't make an offer if unsure.
