Although the communication was good, the condition of the vacuum cleaner was very dirty with overgrown mould and mud inside. It was not even cleaned for the primary filter and full of dust. I picked it up at night so didn’t expect that a vacuum cleaner would be sold for that state.
Follow-up review
As you can see from the original post, the condition is mentionned as new which I have trusted and didn’t check. As courtesy, I would have expected at least the main dust collector to be emptied. 400 hkd for a vacuum cleaner in this condition is a robbery.

Thanks for the feedback. Please note that it was sold as “used” and at a low price ($400 and the original price was more than $2000). It’s not a furniture or kitchen piece but a product SPECIFICALLY used to collect dust and dirt. It is therefore natural that it won’t be in such a clean state. In fact, no-one cleans a vacuum every time after use. I tried my best to clean the vacuum cleaner but it is unfair to expect it to be spotless and immaculate.
