Sold me a defective item. Waste of money. Tried in on multiple outlets and power sources. I own other models of this so I know its operation. The seller tried to blame it on electrical voltages in my house, after I explained I have a dozens of electronics plugged in my house that work fine and showed him videos of working outlets and the smartplug not working. They just stopped responding.
