Sree, I need to clarify a few points. I did apologise to you the moment I met you, & explained that I was late because I had to look after my child-not out of disregard. As for the stand, I mentioned it came as part of the packaging, not from.the company. You also tried to knock off 30% off my stated price, why continue to paint an inaccurate picture or use cheap words. I have made a full refund.
10 months ago (edited)Everyone has family and I left my kids and came.you sold me the product at the price you want and not at the price I asked for.. even if you have given me for free it's of no use as it's a faulty one with wrong stand and I spent more than your concession to travel twice .You never had an intention of apologising..you are more worried about product checking as if I have damaged in the meantime,which u should hv did before selling. In spite of all these you gave me 1 rating..thats your attitude..
