Buyer claimed to have lost a mail but after consistent checks with SingPost, I was reverted with a redelivery of parcel which was successfully delivered and buyer refused to acknowledge. Please do not encourage dishonesty.
Pls run your business well. I didn't claim it was a lost mail. I said it's fine if it's lost but do reply cos Apparently, I have to pester you for your replies, only then I got it like almost after 2 weeks. There's no such thing as dishonesty. Why would I refused to acknowledge? Haha. Thanks.
