Been selling hundreds of decants. Not a single problem. Buyer bought 13jan. Only on 29jan, Buyer messaged saying problem. Out of goodwill, I said he can return. Until 13 Feb still never return. Today then ask again for return address. I cannot ascertain if product has been tampered or not as it's been a month and it's a 5ml decant.
