Follow-up review
The buyer opened the watch at non-authorised Tissot service centre, which voided the warranty. Later the claim is my fault that got rust and water inside. In my defence, I never did know what is inside the watch, and the warranty is still intact. He should have sent it to the official service centre. Now he wants a refund after opening the watch, and voiding the warranty. Which is unacceptable.

And then give me all kinds of phone numbers asking me to deal with his brother here and there… hello i made the deal with you 1)selling faulty items 2)no ownsership asking buyers to go service centers 3)just wash hands and say i don’t know 4)no watch company covers rust inside from water damage… from your own negligence
