Was able to arrange reupholstery for my Herman Miller Sayl chair on 23 Sep 2024 via WhatsApp on their website. They sent someone to collect the chair on 24 Sep 2024 (Tues) from my house. The guy who collected the chair also brought fabric samples for me to choose. Chair was returned with change of seat cushion and seat fabric in the evening of 1 Oct 2024 (Tues). Fast and painless. Very gd price!
