If I could give a zero star i would but Carousell does not allow this. Agreed on price and meeting time. Price agreed was SGD125. Arrived at place at time agreed. Seller did not appear. I waited for 45 mins and left. Suspicions arose when i cannot click listing in my chat. Checked seller's account, item is reserved and changed price to SGD140. Over SGD15, this guy decided not to sell it to me.
