Unprofessional and unreasonable seller. Not trustworthy and turns back on their word. Do not buy from such a person to save yourself the frustration. Bad attitude response and unwilling to fulfill agreed deal. There are many nice sellers elsewhere. She had the opportunity to act on her mistakes but refused to do it. Better to buy from other people who are genuine and not play tricks on others.
