disappointed...I was waiting for the package but was undelivered...I need to go to post office to collect...very inconvenient worst item ever...i have not use and the lock already spoil...worst ever!
Sorry for the disappointment. We agreed on post amicably. Out of goodwill and to ensure you received the bag, I paid extra $3 for registered mail without charging you. I showed you photos of receipt with the tracking number on the day I sent the bag. Its beyond my control to ensure you must be at home to receive the bag. I have done my best as the seller to eliminate the risk of having the bag lost in mail. This is unfair feedback and you can return the bag to me. I can refund you the money.
