After paying she said item posted. 1 yr iv been asking nothing replied or refunded.
I have already sent the item out via registered post (proof is here https://imgur.com/a/IuB9r). Item was mailed out on 17 Nov 2016, but she informed me that she didn't receive it more than one year later on 15 Dec 2017. Check out her negative feedback on Carousel.

I am not a fussy buyer and I usually don't bargain, because I put my trust on the seller's posting. In this case, seller should have indicate in her posting that the len cap is missing and was only informed when the item was handed over.
