The seller was very understanding and she gave speedy replies!Why i am giving nuetral feedback is because one of the things i ordered did not come as how it looked in the picture and also at first some of the items i wanted was available but after i confirmed my order she said some of the items was not available so i had to replace them.But overall i really recommend her.Shes really friendly and very understanding.Recommended!!😄!

the charms arrived in a container but it got dented however none of the charms broke / cracked !! rly great experience although had delayed mailing but its because she had studies which can be understood ☺️ pleasant transaction and will purchase agn 💓

Had a hard time to meet up due to different timing.Her mom doesn't allow her to travel further than novena (mrt) which makes me took cab to meet her urgently because suddenly she says she is busy/away and unable to meet until after xmas , when i needed my charms before xmas.
