very difficult to secure the deal. it overall took about 3 weeks, and meetup was also hard to arrange as the buyer couldnt estimate exactly what time the meetup would be.. she had a lot of restrictions in communicating and could only text very rarely. theres just a lot of uncertainty going on as communication was very limited.
