Statue was completely crooked and off center, and this was not disclosed on the listing. Item belonged to someone else and was listed by this seller, so I'm unsure if actual checking was done. Due to my foolishness, I made payment first and after putting the statue together, saw the crookedness. Actual seller refunded $25, which was nice but honestly i still have a crooked statue for $115.

Buyers were also encouraged to request actual photos, which didn’t happen in this case. As I’m not a figure collector, I wasn’t aware the tilt was a defect, as it was present from the start. I urge buyers to read listings carefully and ask questions before purchasing. For stricter standards, retail platforms may be more suitable than Carousell.
