Been so long since i texted the seller and yet there isn't any reply and i haven't receive my items yet

buyer mia. offered to buy some items and i nego for her since she seemed nice an actually bought quite a lot of stuff. she wasnt active on carousell so i told her to give me her no. and ill whatsapp her. so after i whatsapp her she keeps on dragging payment saying shes 'busy' and 'sick' and comes up w excuses. so i was nice enough to allow her to drag her payment since i trusted her. ended she mia after i prompt her and didnt reply at all:) ill be posting her blacklist on my acc so yall can see.

Make payment to seller on 1/04/17 but after a few months still had not recieve the item and when prompt seller did not even reply Only replied weeks after When ask whether items have mail, did not even give a definite answer saying need to check with mailing helper, but did not even get back to me So finally i decided to get a refund from seller after 3 months seller said will make refund but keep on delaying give stupid excuses saying like cannot transfer money and such like what! Pls refund
