I NEVER have given any neutral or negative feedback in my 4 year history of using carousell but I couldn’t give +ve feedback for the buyer as she was an hour late! Valid reason notwithstanding, I think it is basic courtesy in the community to not waste other people’s time regardless of your own issues. Also, payment was agreed to be via PayNow but I ended with the cash in my PayLah ewallet (I acquiesced this but) on principle what was agreed should’ve been what was done. Deal at your own risk.
