Wow, such personal attacks. Your customer service is horrible & caused lots of frustration. Plain rude & irresponsible. Messaged me at 1am saying that I have 10mins to choose color or you'll send a random colour. Agreed not to use NinjaVan but still used, then couldn't give me a valid explanation & not apologetic. And I had to keep chasing for an exchange. If you want to do a business out of this, you should be responsible for sourcing an unreliable supplier. Don't want others to be ripped off.
