the seller is very polite, manage your expectations the bag I got from here is not genuine pero super super professional sya makipag deal. siguro next time be transparent if the bag is class A, good imitation or so on. overall the behavior of this woman is beyond 10.

I really am sorry about the bag's quality. I have no words to express how embarassed I am. I wish I had it on hand (luxury/mid brand are my sister's) , I could have checked it before mailing. Loved the bag!! Seller was also very easy to deal with and very light. However, she did not mentioned the chipped off leather at the back of the handle but it does not affect the quality of the bag naman hihi love it still tho <33 thank you sm!!
