What was supposed to be a 9.9/10, close to mint, no fungus lens turned out to be the most expensive paper weight I have. After a visit to Canon it was confirmed what I told the seller: although hard to see on a first moment, the lens has problems on the front element and fungus internally, both beyond repair according to the service centre. The seller refuses to come clean and actually solve the issue and not even answer the messages anymore. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your money with him.

What’s the point of checking for 15min before buying, then claimed the lens is beyond repair because of fungus. Only dust in lens insist on full refund when stated clearly NON REFUNDABLE. Even threaten me with a bad review. To solve the issue, I’m kind enough to refund $100 for servicing. It's a joke that Canon can’t even clean a simple fungus? Obviously didn’t send to Canon & can't provide photo proof of the defects. Fussy over dust, buy brand new instead. Guys, don't waste time on this person.
