This buyer made an offer for a handbag and as I was overseas, the bag would only be available for collection when I returned. She acknowledged this. When I returned she was unresponsive to my messages, even after prompting her for a response several times. This was inconsiderate as the bag was placed on reserve for her. Please deal at your own risk.

Paid for item on 25th June. Have not receive it until today. Seller showed me a 'photo proof' with my name and address stated on the envelope. Nothing more. When asked for video prove, which was stated in her bio that it can be requested, there isn't any. As 'photo and video proof upon request' meant to her that u have to request BEFORE the item has been mailed out. very irresponsible, unreliable and rude seller. DEAL AT UR OWN RISK.
other than your name and add, there is also stamp if you didn't happen to see. and hello .. you requested for vid proof AFTER I have mailed? how is that even possible? you obviously have to request it BEFOREHAND? and just so you know, when you opt for normal mailing there is a slight risk of it being lost. I have done my part mailing it and there is really nothing I can do if it hasn't reach you? anyway here is a shopping tip for you if it helps, just shop in retail OR opt for registered mailing
